The beauty of custom ann rae paperie invitations and announcements is that you can personalize any design with the color(s) of your choice. Personal service is our top priority. This process varies slightly with a full custom order.

How it works Choose colors to compliment the design you have selected. Use the text boxes provided to let us know exactly what you want printed on the card. There will also be a box provided for you to type the return address you would like printed on the back flap of the return envelope (if supplied). Envelope printing is included in the price of orders. Some of the designs have insert options (maps, directions, reply cards). The addition is simple. Select the number of inserts from the drop down box and include what you want printed on the insert. If the insert is a picture or drawing such as in a map, please email the image to orders@shopannrae.com with your name in the subject line. Photo submission. Some of our designs use photos. Please email a high resolution (150-300 dpi) JPEG or TIF of the image(s) to orders@shopannrae.com after submitting your order. Please make sure you include your name in the subject line. If you would like the image edited (black and white, sepia, cropped, etc), please provide specific instructions in your email.

Colors We have done our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, because monitors vary, we cannot guarantee the color you see on your screen is accurate. Turnaround time Once your order is placed, the design is chosen, and all information is received, 1 color PDF proof will be sent for your review. You will be able make changes and review the proof for a total of 2 rounds. Please proofread carefully and email us back the reviewed proof to orders@shopannrae.com. Your email approval indicates that the proof is ready for production. Any additional rounds of changes will be charged a $15.00 fee. Proofs are emailed or faxed within 2-3 working days upon receipt of order. Once you sign off on the final design, your order will be shipped within 7-9 working days. A typical wedding set will be shipped within 2-3 weeks upon approval. Five additional envelopes are shipped with each set of 50 invitations ordered.
